Astore valley road to be constructed on pattern of Karakorum Highway: CM GB

Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Minister Hafiz Hafizur Rahman says Astore valley road will be constructed on pattern of Karakorum Highway.
This he said while addressing the concluding ceremony of Rama polo festival in Astore today (Tuesday).
The Chief Minister said that second phase of Astore valley road will be constructed from Dashkin to Gorikoatd at a cost of one billion rupees. He said after construction of this road, travelling distance from Gilgit to Astore will be reduced from two to one hour.
