Pakistan US held important meeting over Afghanistan reconciliation process

*ISLAMABAD - Pakistan and the United States held delegation level talks in Islamabad on Monday on the Afghan peace process.*
US Special Representative for Afghanistan Reconciliation Zalmay Khalilzad and Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for South and Central Asian Affairs Ambassador Alice Wells represented the US.
They arrived in Pakistan Monday morning.
The two sides discussed bilateral relations and regional security, with particular reference to the Afghan reconciliation process.
The Pakistani side was led by Americas Additional Secretary Americas Aftab Khokhar.
