Complete shutdown being observed in Kulgam district today

In occupied Kashmir, complete shutdown is being observed in Kulgam district on Monday (April 29), to protest against the fourth phase of the so-called Indian Parliamentary elections.
Meanwhile, All Parties Hurriyat Conference Chairman Syed Ali Gilani has appealed for complete boycott of the elections.
In a statement in Srinagar, he said boycott would send a message to world that the people of Jammu and Kashmir want to get rid of forcible Indian occupation of their motherland.
