In Indonesia, at least 30 people have been killed after a 7.5 magnitude earthquake and tsunami struck Palu of Sulawesi Island.
Authorities say rescue efforts are underway in the Sulawesi island where initial reports show some dead victims in the rubble of collapsing buildings.
The tsunami triggered by the quake brought down several buildings and sent locals fleeing their homes for higher ground.
