ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan held an important meeting with theChairman NAB Justice (R) Javed Iqbal.

He emphasised on rooting out corruption from the country during a meetingwith the chairman of the National Accountability Bureau on Wednesday.

NAB Chairman Justice (retd) Javed Iqbal congratulated Prime Minister ImranKhan.

During the meeting, the prime minister reiterated that he wants toeliminate corruption and promote transparency in the country.

Indiscriminate accountability for corrupt elements remains the government’stop priority, PM Imran told the NAB chief.

The premier added that the government remains committed to furtherstrengthening the accountability bureau and increasing the capabilities ofinstitutions.

He also expressed satisfaction with NAB’s performance.
