MS Nishtar Hospital visits garbage disposal point, laundry

MULTAN, (APP): Medical Superintendent Nishtar Hospital, Dr Abdul Rahman Qureshi, paid a visit to garbage disposal point of the health facility and expressed annoyance over unsatisfactory arrangements.
He warned sanitary staff giving them 24 hours ultimatum for proper arrangement of cleanliness at the point and decided to revisit the spot tomorrow (Thursday). He also went to laundry of the hospital for an inspection, said a press release issued here on Wednesday.
Head of Oncology Department NMU, Dr Ahmad Ejaz Masood, AMS, Dr Tariq
Pirzada and Sanitary Inspector Muhammad Abid were present on the occasion.
Later, Vice Chancellor Nishtar Medical University (NMU), Dr Mustafa Kamal Pasha, accompanied by MS visited Accidents & Emergency Ward of Nishtar hospital and blood bank.
Director A&E Dr Zaffar Abbas briefed them about the ongoing emergency services.
