Pakistan Foreign Secretary Aizaz Ch. harshly criticises India

ISLAMABAD (APP): Foreign Secretary Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhry Tuesday said India today stands in isolation due to her frequent ploys of interference in the affairs of the regional countries and her designs for regional hegemony.
In a programme aired by PTV, he said Indian stood fully exposed internationally due to her interference policies.

Aizaz said under worldwide accepted norms, civilized nations always resorted to peaceful means and dialogue process to resolve their issues, but India was not willing to come to the negotiation table to discuss the bilateral issues.
He however, made it clear that Pakistan was not begging for negotiations but wanted to talk to its neighbour on equal terms.
A dossier containing Indian interference into internal affairs of Pakistan with reference to Balochistan province was being prepared which would be handed over to P5 countries, he said, adding through this interference, India had been violating the international laws and the UN charter.
About Uri incident, Aizaz said that India again adopted an irresponsible attitude. "It is indication of the same old pattern of levelling false allegations first, then retreating in the face of strong reaction," he added.
He maintained that US statement for resolution of all bilateral issues between India and Pakistan through dialogue had been very significant one which clearly rejected the Indian narrative.
Expressing his wonder over India's continuous denial of factual position in the Occupied Kashmir, he remarked whether Kashmiris waging a struggle for their just cause were terrorists!

The foreign secretary expressed the hope that P5 countries would play their role in the peaceful settlement of the issue.
The government of Pakistan, its people and all diaspora had been playing their active role to stop bloodshed in the IoK, he said and lamented that innocent blood of Kashmiris was being spilled over in the occupied valley.
Rejecting Indian claims of isolating Pakistan on diplomatic fronts, Aizaz said the world had realized the grave situation in IoK.
The UN members countries endorsed Pakistan's stance over the issue whereas Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) had also expressed its solidarity with the Kashmiri people, he added.
The secretary further said that it was India which had not been giving access to fact finding mission to assess gross human violations in IoK.
