Huge penalty imposed on Pakistan cricket team in India

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has imposed a fine on the national team in the World Cup for a slow over rate.
According to the details, in the ongoing ICC World Cup 2023, during the 26th match held in India, the International Cricket Council imposed a 20% match fee penalty on the national players for a slow over rate. Pakistani captain Babar Azam has accepted the fine.
In a recent match against South Africa played the previous day, a fine was imposed for a slow over rate, and the Pakistani team was lagging behind by 4 overs in the prescribed overs.
South Africa managed to defeat Pakistan by just one wicket after an intense battle.
It's worth noting that according to ICC rules, a 5% match fee penalty is levied for every over that is bowled too slowly.
