The Men's Hockey World Cup 2018 begins in Bhubaneswar, India on Wednesday.
The national hockey team led by Muhammad Rizwan senior is already in India to take part in the mega event.
A total of 16 teams are participating in the tournament.
Pakistan is in Pool-D along with Germany, Malaysia and Netherlands and will play its first match against Germany on Saturday.
