CTD arrests Afghan extortionist

PESHAWAR: The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) here on Wednesday arrested an Afghan extortionist from Charsadda road.
According to CTD sources, the arrested extortionist identified as Zakir used to pretend as an activist of banned organization and demand extortion money from the well off people.
The CTD official also recovered SIM and cell phone from his possession.
