Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov ready to step down

Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov announced today that he is ready to step down.
In an interview, Kremlin-backed leader, Ramzan Kadyrov said that it is his dream to step down because he finds the responsibility of leading Chechnyae Russian region to be too heavy.
Ramzan Kadyrov has been the dominant figure in Chechnya since the 2004 assassination of his father, President Akhmad Kadyrov.
