ISLAMABAD-Prime Minister Imran Khan says problems of Karachi cannot be resolved without giving financial, political, and administrative autonomy to the local government representatives elected by the people of the city.
In a statement today, he said the federal government is in favor of complete implementation of Article 140-A of the Constitution in letter and spirit.
The Prime Minister directed Attorney General Khalid Javed Khan to request the Supreme Court for early hearing of the petition filed under Article 140-A of the Constitution.
