NAB reference against Sharif family to be finalised in 6 months under supervision of SC Judge
ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan has disqualified Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in the Panama Papers case verdict.

Justice Ejaz Afzal announced the decision.

NAB to file reference against Sharif family in two weeks, said Panama case Judge.

A Supreme Court Judge will monitor the proceedings of the NAB reference.

The NAB case to be finalised within the six months.

A three-member implementation bench of the apex court headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, comprising Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and Justice Ijazul Ahsan reserved its judgement in the case on 21st of this month.

 

The decision of the Panama Papers is announced by a larger bench comprising Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Gulzar Ahmed, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan.
