Former top judge Iftikhar Chaudhry said that it was Chief Justice's prerogative to include judges of the previous bench to announce the Panama case verdict.
"There is no confusion in the five-judge bench instead of three," the former chief justice said. "
"Whatever decision is announced by all five judges will be considered the final verdict," he added.
