Sindh Police registers case against Civil Judge

BADIN: (APP) Badin Police has lodged FIR of PPC 324 & 353 on Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate of south Karachi of last night incident.
According to details, last night the alleged incident was occurred nearby Badin at police post where police alleged that they were tried to stop the vehicle of Civil Judge of South Karachi but he did not stopped and consequently two cops Mr. Abdul Razak Mallah & Muneer Mandhro were injured.
The police Badin has lodged FIR against Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate of South Karachi, Mr. Muneer Ahmed Khaskheli following the application of Muneer Mandhro and others under PPC 324 & 353.
Other hand, while talking with media, the elder brother of Civil Judge Karachi, Mr. Javid Khaskheli alleged that police is targeting honorable Judge unnecessarily who was not present at time of incident adding he told there was no any liquor was found in the vehicle & police has made forged drama and wished to pressurize the honorable Judge unnecessarily & excessively. Other hand no any arrestment was made till filling up the report.
