Ngidi's ongoing fitness concerns have been cited as the reason for the delay in the NOC.
Ngidi has already been included in Peshawar Zalmi's roster in the PSL 9 draft, but the franchise can look for a replacement in the supplementary and alternate draft scheduled for January 29.
