Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry makes ridiculous statement over PM Imran Khan air travel expenses

ISLAMABAD – Federal Information and Broadcasting Minister Fawad Chaudhry has made ridicilous statement about PM Imran Khan air travel.
He has claimed on Monday that the estimated cost for traveling on a personal jet comes to around Rs 50-55 per kilometre.
In an interview to a private television channel, Fawad was asked about Prime Minister Imran Khan’s daily visits to and from the PM office on the state-owned helicopter to which the politician replied that the mode of travel actually helped in saving money.
When asked about what could be the cost of the travel, the lawmaker replied that on a private jet, it comes around Rs50-55 per Kilometre, sending shock waves across the aviation industry.
Ch stuck to his point and affirmed that any pilot would confirm the same cost.
