A three-member larger bench comprising Justice Aamir Farooq, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurengzeb issued the notices in the petition moved by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Muhammad Usman Dar.
The petitioner alleged that the foreign minister was elected as MNA from NA-110 in general election held in 2013 but he did not declare his income from employment with a company.
