PM directs to finalize future action plan regarding establishment of NPHA

Prime Minister Imran Khan has directed the Task Force on Naya Pakistan Housing Project to finalize modalities and future action plan regarding the establishment of Naya Pakistan Housing Authority within three weeks.
He was chairing a meeting of the Task Force in Islamabad.
The Prime Minister said that the response received both from the local as well as foreign investors and overseas Pakistanis towards the project is encouraging.
The Prime Minister said 05 million housing projects is the flagship project of the present government which would create huge job opportunities for the youth and would provide a boost to over 40 allied industries.
Earlier, Chairman NADRA briefed the Prime Minister about the progress up to now on registration process which is being undertaken for ascertaining demand and profiling of the various income groups.
