Israeli aircraft landing in Islamabad: Federal government responds to media report

ISLAMABAD - Federal government has responded over the reported news of the landing of Israeli aircraft in Islamabad.
Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) on Saturday, has clarified that no Israeli aircraft entered Pakistani airspace or landed at any of its airports.
A spokesperson of the civil aviation authority said that the reports circulating on social media in this regard are totally baseless.

Earlier today, Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry, reacting on PML-N leader Ahsan Iqbal's tweet who sought clarification from the government over reports circulating on the social media that an Israeli aircraft allegedly visited Islamabad.

The minister said, “The reality is that Imran Khan is not Nawaz Sharif nor his cabinet has fake Aristotle like you. We will neither hold any secret dialogue with Modi nor Israel.”
“If you were so worried about Pakistan as you pretend to be, we wouldn’t be in this situation. Don’t show fake worry, Pakistan is in safe hands.” he further wrote.
