Punjab LG reserved seats' election dates announced

ISLAMABAD: (APP) Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has announced dates for local government (LG) elections to the reserved seats in the Punjab province.
According to the schedule issued by ECP, the poll date for indirect seats of district councils, municipal corporations and metropolitan corporation will be November 11 and for indirect seats of municipal committees November 17.

The poll date for indirect seats of union councils will be November 19 while results will be declared by returning officers on November 21.
The ECP will notify the returned candidates on November 30 while the elected members will take oath on December 3.
