200,000 laptops to be distributed among students

ISLAMABAD:Two hundred thousand laptops would be given to students and scholars in the country under Prime Minister's Laptop Scheme.
This was stated by Minister of State for Food Security and Research, Ayaz Shah Sherazi while distributing laptops among scholars and students at Sindh University Jamshoro today.
The Minister of State said that the Higher Education Commission Islamabad has short listed the students and scholars on the basis of their academic proficiency in their last examinations under a transparent process. APP/AFP
