Imran Khan snubs senior party leaders over verbal onslaught

ISLAMABAD - Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan on Tuesday summoned party’s vice-president Shah Mehmood Qureshi to his residence, well-informed sources told our correspondent.
Sources stated that cricketer-turned-politician barred Qureshi from making statements against Jahangir Tareen while warning at the same time that only foes will benefit from such statements ahead of general polls.
Qureshi—who made his differences with Tareen public—had stated that he did not not to worry from a person who even can’t contest elections.
Keeping verbal onslaught up, Qureshi taunted that Tareen was not even in the game [read politics].
