Armed attack kills 60 in Sudan July 27, 2020

ISLAMABAD-In Sudan, at least 60 people have been killed and sixty others injured during an armed attack in a village in Darfur region.
According to the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, the attack is one of the latest of a series of incidents that left several villages and houses burned, markets and shops looted, and infrastructure damaged.
Sudanese Prime Minister Abdalla Hamdok has announced to deploy joint forces from various security services in Darfur region after renewed violence.
