Xi urges global institutions to fight trade protectionism

BEIJING: Chinese President Xi Jinping has called for a concerted effort by global institutions to fight unilateralism and protectionism.
Speaking at BRICS summit in South Africa Xi also called for dialogue to settle disputes on global trade urging a rejection of unilateralism in wake of tariff threats by U.S. President Donald Trump.
