ISLAMABAD – The Supreme Court has on Thursday adjourned the hearing of the disqualification case of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Secretary General Jahangir Tareen for an indefinite period.
A three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Mian Saqib Nisar resumed hearing of the case.
During the proceedings, the counsel of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Hanif Abbasi said that he doesn’t have documents regarding the offshore company of PTI leader Jahangir Tareen to which the court remarked that why did you file a petition if you don’t have enough material.
