Punjab Police IT initiatives to be displayed at a fair

LAHORE: (APP) Inspector General of Police Punjab, Mushtaq Ahmad Sukhera, has issued directions for training of 15 police complaint center operators across Punjab.
It was decided in a meeting, held at the Central Police Office here on Wednesday, that a summery would be sent to the government for getting approval to deploy security officials of Special Protection Unit (SPU) with judges of Supreme and High Courts as well as high-risk personalities.
It was also decided that all IT initiatives, taken by the Punjab Police including CHC, HRMS, 8787, Digital Beat Books and CRO Computerisation will be displayed at a fair, to be held under the auspices of Judicial Academy, Lahore, on July 29, 2016.
