FC foil terror bid; defuse 20 kg IED bomb

QUETTA (APP): The Frontier Corps Balochistan foiled a terror plot by defusing improvised explosive device in Mach area of Kachhi Bolan district, on Wednesday.
A spokesman for the FC said here that FC received information about presence of a suspected thing in Mach area. "FC personnel reached the site and defused IED weighing 20 kg," he said, adding that unknown men had planted it to carrying out act of terror.
No immediate arrest was reported. Further probe was underway.
