KP assembly lawmaker Baldev Kumar acquitted in murder case

ISLAMABAD: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Buner today (Thursday) acquitted Member elect Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Baldev Kumar in the murder case of Advisor to the Chief Minister Sardar Suran Singh.
The court also acquitted six other accused in the case due to lack of evidences.
They were arrested for their alleged involvement in the murder of Sardar Suran Singh about two and half years ago.
