Speedy justice is the foremost priority of judiciary: LHC CJ

LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah on Thursday said it was the foremost priority of judiciary to provide speedy justice as well as facilities to the litigants.
Talking with media after laying foundation stone of Litigants Facilitation and Consultation Centre at the LHC, he said the facilitation centre would be equipped with modern facilities to enable the litigants to know the details of cases being heard at the LHC. He said the centre would be completed soon.
He said Enterprise Level IT System had been launched at the LHC and soon it would be streamlined with the cooperation of bar after removing bottlenecks.
Lahore High Court Bar office-bearers including President Chaudhry Zulifqar Ali, Vice Chairman Punjab Bar Council Malik Inayat Ullah Awan, Registrar LHC Syed Khurshid Anwar Rizvi and others were also present on the occasion. (APP)
