ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) has once again alteredconstituency of Maryam Nawaz for contesting general elections 2018.

As per details acquired, Nawaz Sharif’s political-heir apparent will nowcontest elections from Lahore’s NA-127. Earlier, party’s top brass hadissued ticket to Maryam Nawaz to contest general elections from Lahore’sNA-125 against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Yasmeen Rashid.

Following alteration, Maryam Nawaz will now face PTI’s Jamshed Iqbal Cheemafor seat in lower house of parliament.

It is worth here to mention that Maryam Nawaz—who is facing graftproceedings in Avenfield reference along with his father Nawaz Sharif andhusband Capt (retd) Safdar—is currently in London attending her ailingmother Kusloom Nawaz.
