The army's media wing revealed that this operation resulted in the elimination of three terrorists, among whom was a significant figure acting as a commander. The operation ensued following a tip-off regarding the presence of terrorists in the Tirah area of Khyber district, culminating in an intense firefight between the terrorists and security forces. Ultimately, the exchange of gunfire led to the neutralization of three terrorists, including Commander Kifayat, also known as Toor Adnan, who was allegedly responsible for orchestrating attacks on both civilians and security personnel.

In a separate incident on September 20, security forces successfully executed an intelligence-based operation in the vicinity of Kulachi in Dera Ismail Khan District, resulting in the elimination of a terrorist, as reported by the ISPR. This operation underscores the ongoing efforts of the security forces to combat terrorism and maintain stability in the region.
