Pakistan Judo team to participate in Grand Slam

ISLAMABAD (APP): A seven-member Pakistan Judo team will participate in the Grand Slam scheduled to be held in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from October 27 to 31.
According to Pakistan Judo Federation (PJF) Secretary Masood Ahmed the Pakistan team will depart to UAE on October 26.

He said that the federation has intimated the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) for the holding of the camp of the judokas for the event.
"After the permission from the PSB the camp will be kept in Peshawar," he said.
Masood said the Grand Slam is a mega event and judokas from all over the world will participate in it. "Therefore talented judokas will be sent to participate in the event," he said.
