US Dollar rises further against Pakistani Rupee

The trading day commenced with another increase in the value of the US Dollar against the Pakistani Rupee on Thursday morning. In the interbank market, the American currency gained 37 paisas, leading to an initial trading rate of Rs280.25. However, in the open market, the greenback maintained its stability at Rs282.

The previous day, on Wednesday, the US dollar had concluded the trading session at Rs279.88 in the interbank market, while in the open market, it had appreciated by 50 paisas, settling at Rs282.

As the trading session began on Tuesday morning, the US Dollar was valued at Rs279.50, having incurred a loss of 38 paisas in the interbank market, as reported by currency dealers in Karachi.

By the end of the trading session on Tuesday, the US Dollar had appreciated by 31 paisas, closing at Rs279.43.
