MULTAN: Awami Muslim League chairman Sheikh Rashid has said that five big families are a conspiracy against democracy.
Addressing a press conference on Wednesday, he claimed that 50-60 MNAs of the PML-N are ready to defect to the party. “Moreover, 25 MNAs belonging to Southern Punjab are waiting for the blowing of a whistle,” he maintained.
The AML chief was of the view that Nawaz Sharif did not allow emergence of a new leadership. “The Hudaibiya Papers Mills case will decide the future of the Sharif family,” he said.
He said that 200 million people of the country are being humiliated. “Here the law is being made for a person. We support Imran Khan and are contesting the election with him,” he said.
He hoped that Imran Khan will be acquitted of the charges.
