Lieutenant General (R) Asim Saleem Bajwa appointed as Chairperson of CPEC Authority for 4 years

ISLAMABAD – Lieutenant General (retd) Asim Saleem Bajwa has been appointed the chairperson of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Authority.
The Establishment Division has issued a notification in this regard.

The appointment has been made under MP-I Scale for a period of four years. The CPEC Authority will work under the Planning Ministry.
Earlier, the PM Office had sent a summary regarding the appointment of Lt Gen (r) Bajwa as the CPEC Authority’s chairperson to the Establishment Division.
