Punjab Assembly passes next fiscal year provincial Budget 2020-21

ISLAMABAD-Punjab Assembly today [Friday] passed the provincial budget for the next fiscal year 2020-21 with majority of votes in Lahore on Friday evening.
The Punjab Assembly also approved extension in three ordinances besides passing Kohsar University, Murree Bill 2020, Baba Guru Nanak University Nankana Sahib Bill 2020, The Punjab Local Government (Amendment) Bill 2020 and The Punjab Village and Panchayats and Neighbourhood Councils (Amendment) Bill 2020.
The House unanimously passed a resolution to write "Khatam-un-Nabiyeen" with the name of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and asked the provincial govmerement to perform necessary legislation in this regard.
Later, the Speaker adjourned the House to meet again on Monday afternoon at 14:00 Hours.
