US border security temporarily stops migrant family prosecutions

WASHINGTON: A US border security chief says he has temporarily stopped launching criminal prosecutions of migrants who illegally enter the country with children.
Talking to reporters in Texas, Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Kevin McAleenan said the prosecution process was suspended last week followed an order by President Donald Trump to end migrant family separations.
