A fresh round of Syrian peace talks under the UN umbrella begins in Vienna today, as violence continues to rage in the country.
Earlier, the UN special envoy, Staffan de Mistura said that the negotiations in Vienna involving full delegations of the opposition and government come at a very critical moment.
