Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi sternly warns India

ISLAMABAD - Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi sternly warns India.Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi on Wednesday issued a warning to India saying any misadveture will get a beffiting response.

He was addressing the ceremony titled ‘Pakistan’s Responsible and Resolute Response to Indian Aggression of 26th February 2019’ pertaining to the commemoration of the first anniversay of dowing of an Indian airplane.

In February 2019, Pakistan Air Force shot down Indian Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman's plane in a dogfight over Azad Jammu Kashmir after it violated country’s airspace.

Prime Minister Imran Khan, Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa and other civil and militar officials are presen in the ceremony.

The foreign minister lauded the role of the PAF for the defence of the country.

Qureshi also reiterated the Pakistan’s resolve to restore peace in the region, saying the country wanted peaceful ties with the neighbouring countries.
