ISLAMABAD - Supreme Court dismisses a petition seeking disqualification of Zulfi Bukhari, Prime Minister's special assistant on overseas Pakistanis in the dual nationality case.
A three-member bench headed by chief justice Mian Saqib Nisar allowed Zulfi Bukhari to continue his duties in the same capacity.
The court also heard dual national case of governor Punjab Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar and Nuzhat Sadiq.
Meanwhile, PML-N leader kHawaja Saad Rafique who is in nab custody in paragon housing society case was produced before supreme court in railways losses case.
