LHC Justice rescued himself from hearing case against Maryam Nawaz

*LAHORE - Justice Asjad Javed Kharaal of Lahore High Court (LHC) has rescued himself from hearing PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz passport return case.*
New bench had been formed of to hear plea. Justice Ali Baqir Najfi and Justice Asjad Javed Kharaal were part of that bench. Justice Asjad Javed Kharaal rescued himself from hearing the plea because of his personal reasons.
It is pertinent to mention here that third bench has been dissolved to hear the plea of Maryam Nawaz passport case. Once again Maryam Nawaz remained unable to go to perform Umrah.
