PFA to appoint safety officers to ensure food quality in Ramzan Bazaar

ISLAMABAD: Punjab Food Authority will appoint safety officers to ensure the quality of food in the Ramazan Bazaar in Punjab.
Director General of Food Authority Noor Ameen Mengal said that administration of Ramazan Bazaar will pay the salaries of safety officers and quality managers.
He said these officers will be trained under the Punjab Food Authority.
He said that safety offices and quality managers will be responsible for hygienic and quality of food, which will be put on sale in Ramazan bazaars in the province.APP/AFP
