MOSCOW – Pakistan and Russia have agreed to continue efforts for supportingreconciliation under an Afghan-led and Afghan-owned peace process.
The agreement was reached during a meeting between Foreign Minister ShahMahmood Qureshi and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov in Moscow onWednesday.
They discussed on various bilateral and regional issues including recentdevelopments concerning Afghan peace process.
Acknowledging Pakistan’s efforts in the Afghan settlement, Russian ForeignMinister offered Russia’s support to bring stability in the region.
