Indian Air Force Bases along Pakistan border put on high alert

NEW DELHI - Indian Air Force Bases along Pakistan borders have been put on high alert by Military following the intelligence report, Indian media has reported.
The Indian Air Force (IAF) bases in Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh have been put on high alert after intelligence agencies issued a warning against a suicide attack in those IAF bases, Zee News has reported.
According to top government sources, terrorists will attempt to carry out the attack in Srinagar, Awantipora, Jammu, Pathankot, and Hindon air bases. Following this, the IAF bases have been put on high alert at orange level.
Senior officers are reviewing the security arrangements round the clock to tackle the threat. The alert has emanated after agencies monitored movements of the JeM terrorists.
