IG Frontier Corps convoy comes under terrorist attack, 2 soldiers martyred

QUETTA - Two FC personnel were martyred in firing opened by some unknown terrorist on convoy of Inspector General Frontier Corps South Major General Saeed Ahmed Nagra in Panjgur on Thursday.
According to security sources, IGFC and all other personnel remained unhurt in the attack.
Meanwhile, addressing a news conference in Quetta on Thursday evening, Minister of State for Interior Sheharyar Khan Afridi strongly condemned the terror bid.
He said that such coward acts cannot deter our resolve against terrorism and the war on terror would be kept continued till elimination of last terrorist.
The Minister of State invited the decedent elements to come to negotiation table with the government and join the national mainstream line for the sake of playing their constructive role in progress and prosperity of the country.
