PTI govt bringing reforms in police dept to improve performance: Naeem Ul Haq

ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Political Affairs, Naeem ul Haq emphasized the need to setup well equipped and trained special police force to ensure security of all consulates in the country.
Talking to private news channel, he said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government was bringing reforms in the police department to improve its professional capabilities by imparting modern training.
Naeem said that government had planed to constitute a special police force which would be responsible to maintain the security of all the important places and personalities.
Replying to a question, he said the security arrangements of the Chinese Consulate was responsibility of the provincial government, adding federal government was taking steps with the consultations of provincial governments to ensure foolproof security for all consulates in the country.
