ATC adjourned Imran Farooq murder case

ISLAMABAD: Anti-Terrorism Court Islamabad has adjourned Imran Farooq murder case here at today without hearing due to non issuance of notification to prosecutor.
As per details, hearing of the case was held in ATC Islamabad under Judge Syed kusar Abbas. The accused Khalid Shameem’s counsel submitted a plea in court challenging court power.
FIA Prosecutor Khawaja Imtiaz appeared before court and said that notification of his appointment has not been issued yet. Court adjourned hearing till June 6 because of the absence of notification of prosecution’s counsel.
Court has also extended the judicial remand of accused Khalid Shameem, Mauzam Ali and Mohsin Ali till June 6.
