In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Modi-led fascist Indian regime has started attaching properties of the Kashmiris in one pretext or another, rendering Kashmiri Muslims homeless.
The process of attaching immovable properties under the black law, unlawful activities prevention act, has been started from Srinagar district in the Kashmir Valley.
Senior Superintendent of Police, Rakesh Balwal, has confirmed that over one dozen houses have been identified in Soura, Pantha Chowk, Batmaloo, Nowgam and Harwan areas of Srinagar for attachment.
Meanwhile, the Delhi court of India's dreaded National Investigation Agency has delayed the release of renowned Kashmiri human rights activist Khurram Parvez in the garb of allocating more time to the NIA to complete its so-called investigation in a fake case against him.
On the other hand, in India, the Madhya Pradesh government has issued show-cause notice to senior Indian Administrative Service officer Niyaz Khan for his comments on the controversial film, 'The Kashmir Files'.
