ISLAMABAD-Gaza rulers Hamas says the decision to annex parts of the occupied West Bank and the Jordan Valley will be declaration of war against Palestinians.
A spokesman for Hamas's armed wing, Abu Ubaida said in a statement that the people of Palestine will never accept US peace plan.
